What i would like to know is which method would give me the best recovery USB. I'm hoping to have a USB i can use to repair my PC when i encounter problems and ultimately if all else fails, be able to format it using this USB.
Hey ya'll. So I recently sent my laptop out to MSI for checkup due to heating/fan issues, and before doing so, I backed up my computer files onto a USB drive using MSI burn recovery. As expected, I got it back with a factory reset, so I attempted to do the restoration from my USB, but it looks the same? Seems like it just did another factory reset-- I followed the instructions on the MSI site about booting from usb. Not sure what to do or how to restore my files. Please help!
